Can an inhouse program outsource paychecks

We are working on starting up an in-house affiliate program. Right now we are a little stuck on the accounting.

Do in-house programs outsource the account part (cutting checks and keeping track of tax stuff) or are we stuck hashing out the accounting inhouse?

Some in-house affiliate programs do outsource issuing checks to their affiliates because one of the merchants we are affiliated with does that. I'm not sure that this is the proper forum for your request. You might want to take a look at the Forum Index.
