Revenue.net - Anybody ever heard of them?

Better yet, has anyone used them?

Stumbled on this site, Revenue.net. Looks interesting. Has anybody kicked the tires around with them?

Revenue.net is a new offering from Oversee.net, the people who do, among other thing, popupsponsor.com. The difference is that Revenue.net will be offering banners and skyscrapers as well as regular popups (they exist in teh same system, just difference facades).

I've been with Popupsponsor/Revenue.net for about 9 month and I've had a good relationshipwith them, however I've had to endure 4 rate cuts in that time which has been very painful. They may pay you on CPM, but the amount they pay is based ultimately on performance.
