My site has a lot of information about Photoshop, so I figured that I could sell Photoshop from my website, by putting an affiliate link to a software seller on my website.
However, the best commission I can find is 5%!
Does anyone here know of any software sites that have affiliate programs that have a reasonable payout?

That is a reasonable payout for not doing much in the way of work. Consider the cost of Photoshop ($600) and 5% doesn't sound bad ($30). I doubt you'll find much higher payouts anywhere--the margins for resellers on software aren't that high (the markup is from the software company).
