I'd like to use PayPal for sales on my website, because they take next to nothing as a processing fee - like 3%. Unfortunately, Paypal is not compatible if you want to run an affiliate program through CJ, BeFree, or the other biggies.

Therefore, it looks like I will have to change my processor in order to start an affiliate program with one of the large networks. So, what processors charge the lowest percentage per sale? I used to use iBill, but they take 25%! You get 10% of it back every 6 months, but that is still ridiculous. Anyone know of some good processors that charge under 10% and are compatible with large affiliate networks? I don't want to get my own merchant account, so I need someone like PayPal or IBill to do the processing for me.

Any help would be much appreciated.

This might sound silly but have you contacted PayPal for suggestions?

Yes. But they're not big on suggesting which competing processor to use! j/k - As far as affiliate networks go, they are only compatible with ClixGalore or Leadhound.

Anyway, I found a processor called 2checkout - they only take 5.5% of each sale, and are compatible with all the big affiliate networks.
