What affiliate merchant do you recommend?

I already sell online and want to grow sales.

I own a personal care website and sales have been increasing around 25% a month since I discovered webmasterworld. I am now encouraged to start an affiliate program to boost sales even more since I am finally happy with my conversion rate.

I am considering a paid program since I don't have the time to manage payments etc., myself. I can pay a 30% commission on each purchase because I manufacture the products myself and operate with healthy gross margins.

What program would you recommend for such a product line? I am prepared to pay whatever the startup costs are with any of the established programs.

Thanks in anticipation of your valuable advice.

Sacha,

since I know what industry you are in :)

I would suggest either Commission Junction or similar.

They have the infastructure, reach and technology to make the masses aware of your product/brand.

failing that there are a few really good companies in the UK< but their reach is quite limited, especially if you are looking for global exposure.

Good luck

Personal care websites are a hot industry. Before launching I'd suggest looking at what the others who are selling the same type of prodcuts are offering etc. This is a competitive field so make sure that what you offer at least matches your competition, or better yet compensates the affiliate better than your competition.

As Shak says, it's best to go with an established company at the start so affiliates will feel comfortable about knowing they will get paid.
