Affiliate copy and graphics

I want to build my affiliate section properly

Hi everyone, I have been reading the forums for the last few weeks (Advertising Sales and Affiliate Programs)

I used to run a site selling web templates and did quite well out of it.

I liked digital products so much I set up a web developers store selling nothing but digital products, content, templates, software and scripts.

I am using clickbank for my affiliate program and offering my affiliates 51%. After reading this forum i saw that affiliates like deep linking, i have since bought a script that will allow my affiliates to deep link through clickbank as clickbank affiliate links only clicked through to home page.

So thats the deep linking problem solved. I hope ;)

What I am needing to do now is put together a (Below is a snippet taken from a thread on this forum)
Range of graphics - not just 468*60
Marketing copy - and let the affiliate customise it a bit
Products that actually convert (The products convert quite well)
Competitive commission rate (I think I have this covered)

I am looking for help with regards to marketing copy and the banner graphics.

What is good copy? Where can I get someone to write me some good affiliate copy?
What type of banners achieve good click through?
Where can I find good banner designers?

What else do I need to cover to make my affiliate page lucrative?

I am sorry for all the questions I am looking to make my affiliate page as good as I can.
