Janet - we usually do get on questions really quick - your must've somehow slipped through the net - sorry about that.

I'm not entirely sure exactly what you are asking - are you just trying to send out HTML formatted email and don't know how? or is it something more complex than that?

Thank you for your response....one of the companies I am affiliated with sent a url which is an image....the letter said *New Email Creative*....I just dont understand how to send it out to customers ...ie: where it says click here....how does one turn this Email Creative into a working email? I just assumed it would be HTML formatted but just so very embarressed to ask how to do it....and in the back office there are no instructions..sorry if my reply is so confusing ....I get emails like them all the time ...but bewilders me as to how one composes one?

it's just a single image? Then there are 2 ways you can do it:
1) just embed the image in html and make the image your link to your page - if you cut and paste the page into Outlook it will automatically embed the image for you

2) slice up the image into pieces and make an html page with it and proceed as in #1

Hope that helps

Another simple suggestion: while you're experimenting, send the email just to yourself to see how it works.
