Are the merchants reliable?

Are the merchants on CJ.com reliable partners? I mean the smaller ones, not larger ones.

What experiences (good or bad) have you had with NEW or smaller merchants on CJ? I have signed up with a new merchant and it is converting very well for me and I am wondering what are chances I have to get paid.

I've heard about ( here in the fourm) both good and bad. Once in a while a merchant runs out of cash and cj doesn't pay ( even though they get a retainer from the merchant ) although most merchants there do pay, hence cj pays.
