No longer offering CPM? Is this true? What other CPM based advertisers are out there for publishers that want to have banner ads but cannot get Tribal Fusion?

Casale, Burst Media, Fastclick(now part of Value Click)
I'm sure there are many many more worth checking, but these are the ones I use. Acceptance is based on traffic, site topic etc.

Hmm, perhaps this explains why the number of CPM ads being served to me through Fastclick (now Valueclick) has dipped dramatically, since I filter out all CPC.
