Above thread 12 months ago talked about having phone numbers on an affiliate site.

Without wanting to get into specific legalities as per TOS, we're looking at doing this for a client and I'd like some pointers please.

Its a high value product so lots of phone calls likely.

Do many (UK) Merchants say that an affiliate can't take phone orders?

If they get multiple genuine orders from our IP, any issues with that?

Most importantly, who is legally reponsible for delivery, guarantee and follow-up service? Affiliate or merchant?

I haven't dealt with phone call orders before, however, I think the merchant would be responsible for delivery, etc.
