2.Apart from Google , Yahoo , Clicksor which other ad networks are more reliable and high paying , are there any networks which on based on CPM rather CPC

adteractive, advertising com, azoogle, performics....you might find the elusive cpm affiliate deal....the more volume you do with one company the better payment terms, offer (click) payouts....chances of getting cpm dollars... therefore roi.
