Since the past 4-5 days, my CJ account has been showing zero leads/sales, although the clicks and traffic pattern is normal. Generally, around 70% of my clicks convert into sales/leads but now my CJ account does not show any click being converted into a lead/sale.
Are they having the same tracking problem? Is anyone experiencing a similar problem recently?
Thanks

The strange thing is- twice this month when I check the the stats there were more than 10 leads shown and then it disappeared the next day. So I think it might be either a tracking problem or reporting issues.

You guys wont believe this! After racking my brains and trying all kinds of things like changing my server, inserting different stat counters, etc., I finally decided to change the banner. And I got a shock when I saw that the code for the banner that I had been using had been changed! Everything was the same but there were two www.....com which had been replaced by 2 different URLs. After putting the new code, I am back in business as usual. Shouldnt the advertiser or CJ atleast inform a publisher when they change the code like that? I mean it would never have occurred to me if I hadnt seen it. I just wanted to try and change the banners when I came across it. So I thought I should share this important experience with everyone. I lost a few hundred dollars in those 4-5 days.
And about 70% of my clicks converting to leads, I promote credit cards through my information site on credit cards. I have multiple websites and promote a number of banks. As you may know, the conversion rate is high for credit cards and loans, but I dont get anything from a lead. I get paid only when a application is approved and those numbers are pretty low!

And from time to time I notice there is an hour here and an hour there where suddenly there's no sales. But the hour before and the hour after it has more than 5 sales, doesn't seem right, anyways, not sure if there is a system in place that just drops tracking at a certain time of the day, maybe some sort of maintenance going on or what not that causes tracking to stop.
