Racking my brain on Linkshare registration

as a foreign company

It's been days and Linkshare hasn't replied to my question. Ok... I'm trying to register as a non-US (no US activities) limited company. Which form should I be filling?

LS Form W-9
LS Form W-8BEN
LS Form W-8EXP
LS Form W-8ECI
LS Form W-8IMY

The details provided don't make it clear. Adsense has a separate option to all these for non-US companies with no US activities. I realise you've got better things to do than give tax advice but if anyone could comment, I'd really appreciate it.

It's one of the W-8s, as you're non-US, but I haven't a clue which!

Try this link [search.irs.gov] to the IRS official site, which has PDFs on each one. Good luck fathoming them out ;)

In the last post in that thread Zygoot said

"If you don't live in the U.S. and have no U.S. business activities (like a server owned - not rented - by you) then you don't have the fill in a W8BEN form.
Just e-mail Chitika with the message that you don't have U.S. business activities. Submitting a W8BEN isn't required in this case".

Guess I'm stuck waiting for a reply from Linkshare.
