I have a good product that in the direct channell is well positioned and does very well. Its a sports holiday though and while there is a good demand the sale tends to be consulative. Thus I have not bothered with a shopping basket on the website so far.
I have some affilliates within the sport who at this point send me the leads and we close them ourselves. This has worked well pretty much on trust. They would figure out sooner or later that I was cooking the books , which is a no brainer loss in the long run.
I am keen to see if any of you guys work on a similar basis sending people leads and if in fact a norm has developed around this practice . How should i got about finding more affilliates? We pay about 16o USD ( were based in Spain ) for a lead we close and 180 if its presented as a closed lead ready to book.
Any ideas would be most welcome.
