Affiliate Automated Reporting

Hi,

I'm signed up with CJ as a publisher and have applied/been accepted to a few affiliate programs. My question is regarding reporting from CJ/My Affiliates. Let's say a user comes to my site and uses my link to sign up for a free trial or something that entitles me to $10 from the advertiser for the lead - how can I check this automatically? I have seen incentive reward sites where users complete leads for advertisers and instantly after signing up they can see that they did on the incentive reward site. How can I use PHP to get the status from CJ or from the specific advertiser? I am experienced in PHP but I do not know how this is done. If my question is clear, can someone please tell me what he/she knows?

Anyone? I'd just like to make my own web application that manages which users have completed leads/sales through links from CJ. Not just clicking the links though, actually completing the sale/lead (ie. by signing up for a free trial). Can someone just point me in the right direction as to how I customly integrate my scripting with CJ? Thanks!
