I've started a online advertising website and want to know what do you guys think about it.

Ok, the idea is to have a list of advertisements. The list will be dynamic, I mean, it will change over time altough all ads will be present at any given moment. We'll keep the list dynamically ordered by price, so the advertisers that payed the most will be at the top.

Think this is like a game, visitors are interested in seeing who is paying the most to be at the top of the list, and advertisers keep buying the top positions to receive more clicks.

So... what do you think about this idea?

It doesnt really seem to me that it gives your visitors much of a reason to visit. Who are you trying to attract to your site? Why should they visit? What do they gain from visiting? These are questions you should be asking yourself with something like that.

Potentially a good idea. If you can succeed in turning ads into the content of your site, that's a big thing.

It kind of sounds like you're trying to come up with a Million Dollar Homepage type idea. That's fine, but if so focus less on how to hype it and more on making the site fun and easy to understand at a glance.
