Was anyone penalized by adsense for placing chitika codes together with adsense?

I forget where I saw it, but I think an actual Google rep actually said that in it's non-contextual mode, Chitika is ok on the same page as Adsense.

(maybe in adsense forum? Not sure. Anyone remember?)

Yes, you can run AdSense and Chitika on the same page. At least thats what Joel Comm (the AdSense guy) said at Affiliate Summit.
