I have a site with some content related to software and about 5000 daily pvs I know it is not much but this is what I got ..... What are /is the best advertising program / combination of Ad programs that you suggest?

The best way is to try to find an affiliate program that sells software related to your site/pages and put some links up. Test it for a few days and see what comes of it. You may have to try several different programs till you hit a good one. Try CJ.com for this.
