Yahoo's ad network for publishers is in beta testing right now and is only available to some publishers that have been accepted into the beta. I'm part of the beta, but I have to say I'm not impressed. PM me if you want to know more about YPN.

[publisher.yahoo.com...] says it's open to the general web community. I haven't signed up because of the US traffic requirement.

For me it was just a few days 'til I heard from them, but I'm only trying it on a few pages so far to see how they do with targeting.
