Which ones do you think are the most valuable adn why?

Many of these Cost Per Action type advertising companies are really getting a lot of free branding for products that would never sell. I think the publishers are really eating the costs of showing their banners for free, so my question is what companies do you find in the USA that are giving a fair deal to publishers for showing advertising.

I believe Fastclick has a generally good reputation, but it's their pop-under campaigns I see mentioned most. Tribalfusion has a good rep, as well. I've not heard much about doubleclick lately.

CPM campaigns for independent publishers are fairly rare now and I've actually seen webmasters posting that they're getting 16 cents. Whoopee! No thanks.

I do well with Valueclick, but not the banners, it is the pop unders.

As already alluded to, banners are almost worthless these days.
