Its like Clickxchange. It has amateur advertisers that can work with you if they wish by offering other formats and other rates. Its good for low level CPC buttons, text, and banners. They have had some low level cpm offers before.

Anyone earned with them at least $1000? Stands to use this system instead of cj.com or directresponse.com. There is other good alternatives to cj.com?

Well, they popped in the forums here about a week ago: [webmasterworld.com...]
All fired up and supposedly ready to answer questions - but they never answered a single one.
Not the kind of response I would accept from any company I'd consider working with.
