I tried to translate the website in google and it came up as questionmarks..

IMHO [webmasterworld.com...] is depriciated or outdated at least.

Yandex.ru is a search engine and a portal, it has a light version (in a Google style) at [ya.ru...] and a directory at [yaca.yandex.ru...] . Your site may be visited by their bot if you have a link from a Russian-language site. Yandex has own version of PR ( [yandex.ru...] ), so you may find your site listed somewhere at [yandex.ru...] .

Other serious players are Rambler.ru, known for it's Top 100 at [top100.rambler.ru...] ; Aport.ru (with it's own directory) and List.ru/Mail.ru ( they recently switched to the Google search but still have a directory at [list.mail.ru...] ).
