My site is indexed twice in dmoz. Once as [mysite.com...] and once as [mysite.com...] The google ranks change during the day between the two. Is this a good thing or a bad thing? If its bad what should i do?

Pick one and set up the server to have the other redirect to it. You can suggest a change to the canonical url by using the Update URL form.
As long as a url is working, however, this sort of change is an extremely low priority for an ODP editor, who's also instructed to ignore anything Google or any other outside party does with a listing.
