Firefox not playing wav audio onmouseover

I have a javascript working with Netscape and IE where on a mouseover event, a sound file automatically plays, but it seems that Firefox does not support audio in this manner. Am I completely mistaken? Any help would be great.

Maybe if you could post the relevant code we could take a look at what is going on here.

Without knowing how exactly you are trying to fire the sound event it's hard to try and come up with a solution! :)
