My friend needs your help, please.

Firefox, I.E and Tiscalli browsers wont load.

Hi, my friend has a problem with her internet browsers. Whenever she click to load Firefox, I.E or her ISP's browesr it just loads a blank page.

She's cleard her cookies and her Temp internet files, re-installed her modem, used troubleshooting, basically everything.

does anyone know of anything to cure this?

Can she ping yahoo.com?

Go to "Start", "Run", type in CMD and at the prompt type "ping yahoo.com" or any other website.

If you get a reply, then there is something wrong with the browser. If there is no reply, then you are not connected to the internet.

Can she load any local page?

She's on MSN and AIM so she's connected to the internet.

If it affects all browsers, it might be a firewall problem - your firewall might be accidentally blocking port 80. Try disabling it temporarily to see if that helps. :)
