I need to find someone to create a custom CMS that outputs static html pages. Does anyone have any tips for finding a good programmer? There seems to be a lot of people on the net that claim they can do it, but how to know I'm getting the right person for the job. Anyone have any experiences or tips they are willing to share on the subject?
