CMS System with following features?

I've been looking for a CMS system with the following featuyres, wonder if anyone can make any recommendations. I would prefer an ASP based one, but PHP will work if it can manage everything.

1. allow members to create own accounts, adding details which can be used for newsletter and also regular snal mail distributions.

2. give users a calendar they can add events to and receive automatic email reminders/notifications of. similar to this: <sorry,no example urls>

3. includes a real time stats package, nothing too fancy but good basic info about visitors and individual page hits

Hi,

I personally use Joomla!. It's open source and it's based on PHP, MySQL and Apache. It has all the features you mentioned and many more. Very easy too.
