Using Multi Blogs System

I am building a multi-blogs systems which shall be an addon for my existing domain.
We have many popular products on our domain and now planning to have a sub-domain for some of the main products.

for example and some more:
product1.mydomain.com
product2.mydomain.com
product3.mydomain.com
product4.mydomain.com
product5.mydomain.com

What software script can provide me above configuration without much hassle?
I checked wordpress where i will require to install the same depending upon sub-domains I want.

Any easier alternative?

MovableType can handle that without much difficulty off one install of the software.

I'm fairly sure community server can do this. 2.0 is a nice piece of software.
