When is Yahoo Publisher Network coming to the UK?

I know it has been discussed before, but does anybody have specific knowledge about when YPN is going international? I was told that it would be launching in the UK in the spring, but that's almost over.

It's really surprising that they don't test it in Europe with European publishers and (international) audience. Hopefully, Europeans will get a stable product after US publishers test the beta versions and help Yahoo fix all bugs.
