Do you block International visitors?

How many of you block International visitors from seeing your YPN ads? We started blocking International visitors and revenue has dropped 80% so we are considering removing the geo-targeting feature (we use phpadsnew w/MaxMind Geo-IP.) Is this a bad idea?

YPN does not allowed international visitors and will ban you if international visitors reach a certain threshold. So, it's wise to limit as much international visitors as posiible.
