Night & Day Targeting

...what happened when I turned on ad targeting..

I work with numerous pages, intermixing Google & YPN. Well this morning I noticed one of my main YPN pages was getting vaguely targeted ads. You know the kind...if I squint my eyes real hard... it falls into that category.

Well, I went in to start blocking ads when I noticed this page did not have the ad targeting turned on. After flipping the switch, low and behold a few hours later..BAM...ads were targeted and revenue shot up.

My Little Lesson for the Day: Don't assume the system will automatically target ads. Take the time to make sure you are getting the best ads for each and every page.
