YPN js is not validating

I have decided to validate my code today and clean up a little bit.

Seems like yahoo's js code is not validating, while no problem with adsense js. I'm running this headers:

!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN"

Call me picky, but I think they should fix it no?
