anyone out there that was suspended for to much intl. traffic recieve the last payment due, minus any adjustment for the intl. clicks, if so how long did it take to recieve.

yes i got suspended for to much intl. traffic, the email said they would pay me after deducting the intl. income, i just wanted to see if any who has been suspended has recieved there income.
