Block international impressions

What are some options for the non-programmer web admin to block YPN impressions from International publishers.

I currently am not targetting international sites, but if I do, I want to be able to block out YPN impressions for obvious reasons; so only U.S. based IPs can view the YPN ads.

I have heard of phpadsnew, in combination with an ip 2 country database, but this is not so easy for the avergage publisher. It would be much simpler if we there was a simple PHP script that you could include right around the actual YPN code to decide whether or not it would be displayed.

Any other, simple/easy ideas?
