I received the reminder. But since I am outside US publisher, its of no use to me. Does anyone received again? Are they accepting Non Us publishers?

I think they just got muddled again. I received the reminder this morning even though I signed up back in December.

In a way it does make me wonder what Y!'s back end is like. If they can't get the simple things right...

If you live somewhere else you are wasting your time and energy. You will not get paid by Yahoo. Instead they will keep your money.

ONLY US PUBLISHERS ARE ALLOWED TO JOIN YPN.

All the emails you are getting are just a system glitch because this progrma is in beta.

Consider this just an error.
