put the cursor on top of the question mark and it sort of explains. Nothing significant really. More jargon.

PB= Last Month's Balance is under review once it is verified as VALID it will be added in your available balance.

So a balance may be pending for 30 days or more?

Nothings changed, payments are based on a Net45 system, its just another tidbit of information
