Thinking about testing YPN on my pages. But all pages has the Google Search box. Can YPN run in conjunction with Google Search or should I eliminate the Search Box?

Not sure. Your best bet is to email Google AND Yahoo, and make sure that both programs are okay with what you are trying to do.
