YPN and Adbrite

I know that this has been discussed before, but I believe that the issue is important enough that I should start discussion on it again.

Firstly, has anyone found a definitive answer as to whether Adbrite can be placed on the same page as YPN ads?

I know that Adbrite has an optional contextual setting that you can turn off. By turning this off only direct advertisers are able to advertise on your site. This seems fair to me. However, how will YPN know if you have the contextual setting on or off? Will this put your YPN account in jeopardy?

Please, any information would be appreciated. I value my YPN account and don't want to do anything that even slightly violates the rules.
