But I am not from US? Why did they sent the invite if it is not for me?

"Participants of the program must have a valid U.S. Social Security or Tax ID number, and web site content that is predominantly in English and targeted at a U.S. user base."
but i guess some people have a hard time reading?

when you originally filled the beta form it explained you needed a SS or Tax ID, but you filled the form anyway?
i don't see how YPN would know you aren't eligible, at least until you fill out the final form (after invitation) will they know.
they figured you're eligible because you filled out the form! they have no way of knowing you aren't eligible since they're going by your judgement in filling the form.when you originally filled the beta form it explained you needed a SS or Tax ID, but you filled the form anyway?

Hmmm... Got the point, dont remember filling out country info while signing, Thanks.
BTW they should make it clear and ask for country and send BETA signup emails to US only publishers, as I had filled the form when YPN will accept Non-US publisher.
I am in the same boat and need to know what can be done for this. Do we need to mail them saying we are not US based publishers? or just ignore the mail?
