Rotating YPN and G ads reduces G accuracy, Script to fix it

I'm running a [webmasterworld.com...]
script to rotate Google and YPN ads, depending on IP Address and randomizer.

I'd like to add the Mediabot IP Addresses where I'd only show the Adsense code so that Mediabot shows less ALT Ads. Two questions.

1. Does anyone have a comprehensive list of Mediabot IPs (or subnet)?
2. Will Mediabot or Google consider this cloaking even though it's for a good purpose?

Bonus question:
Is there any benefit to doing the same for the YPN ads? (I'm doing ad targetting so I don't know if YPN bot does anything)
