Hi, I just signed up to my account and placed the ad code on my site. All I get is a blank empty area with no ads. Any idea what the problem may be?

Alot of times we see people eliminating the whitespace between the opening javascript tag and the partner variable assignment. This causes the partner variable assignment to be commented out and therefore you end up making a request with an invalid partner id.
Maybe that's your problem. If you post a url for me to look at I can tell you for sure.
