Overture Site Match

Is it a mistake for me to stop using Overture Site Match? We spend a lot of money using Adwords and Overture Precision Match.

I was told by Overture that I should stop using tracking URLs. I had added &source=yahoo to all Site Match listings so that I could track everything better. Overture said that the tracking URLs I used MIGHT hurt us when crawled.

What sort of sites benefit the most from Overture Site Match?
