(I'm completely surprised: my new set of keywords and ads was approved on first try within 6 hours with Overture - that NEVER happened before...)

Yes, that is correct, Yahoo! Search Marketing was formerly Overture. Yahoo! Publisher Network features YSM's ad network.

I hope it's not only the name that changed. And in my country it still IS Overture.

They gave the word "service" a totally new meaning :-(
