I am a recent accepntee into the yahoo beta program. I have had an issue since I put the ads on my page with highly untargeted ads. I originaly made them aware of this through the customer support form. Within 24 hours I received a response (awesome!).But it did not solve my problem. I replied to that response by simply hitting reply in outlook express. waited another 24 hours, no response to that reply. So I logged back in and used the customer support form. response in 24 hours from a different associate. Still did not resolve my issue. Replied via email. No response. This cycle continued 2 more times until now when I gave up. Untargeted ads and limited response. I know i can make yahoo lots of money (i make google enough!) I just feel the customer support is lacking the neccesary knowledge to understand targeted advetsing... :(
