I remember I signed their newsletter with my real data, a foreign address, now they are asking me to join the YPN program.
Sadly, it clearly states it is only for U.S.
I would wonder if I could signup with a fake tax id, even if I can't never get any cash and try it in one of my ads-free site, just for the sake of know the system and get some experience in the mean time while they expand their program to other countries.

I think not a good idea. If you get your site banned, you won't be able to use Yahoo! when they do expand to your Country.

So by submitting an application for the beta program, you are essentially stating that you meet the above requirements... I am guessing when they look at the sites that have applied, they are not double checking the whois addresses (you don't need to fill in your physical address for the beta application), since they are going on the assumption that you must have met the above requirements if you submitted an application.
I wouldn't submit fake information, you never know if it could then jeopardize getting an account once it does go international.
Well, anyway, I remember someone in a foreigh country did it, though I don't consider it a good idea either, frankly.
I will have to sit and wait.
Does anybody know when will they extend it to other countries?
Last I heard, they would begin international by the end of the year as well. I am not sure if it will be selected countries or all countries at that time though.
