How long untill an ad shows up?

Finally got accepted in YPN.

Put an ad on a page, but only shows white space.

Does anyone know how long will it take untill it shows the first ad?

Just an update, the ads started to show up, but they are not related. Perhaps will solve as ypn crawls the site.

But my next question is, how often do the reports update at YPN?

I had ads show up right away, but most of them aren't targeted at all. My CTR is close to what it was with G on these sites and I am surprised since the ads aren't very targeted.
