is this Hostname Inktomi?

I've been seeing spider like activity from various hostnames that are similar to this one. All come from ntl.com.

Are they actually Inktomi?

No it is an ISP in the UK who has contracted with inktomi to provide it's infrastructure.

you may be being hit by ie when it downloads a page. (like i did earlier this month)
