Unidentified Crawler: (Indy Library)

Looking for any information about the following message.

I'm not sure if this is a crawler, but it's a request that has been coming in several times throughout the day. The key word I can see is the IP: 211.101.236.79 and the term "Indy Library".

I've seen similar google messages, but I haven't been able to identify the above search engine. (again, I'm making the assumption it is a search engine).

Any information would be appreciated.
