Every week my site gets 100-200 hits from this particular computer p95-169.unl.ac.uk

has anybody seen this before? is it a spider, cache, or do I have a loyal fan at the university of north london?

The host is sitting behind a firewall, so I couldn't really poke at it to see what it might be doing.
