Anybody, any idea where does this come from?

Never seen this before. Any idea?

However, for newbies like me, is there anywhere on the net that has info or training about this user agent thing? How can we tell that this or that is or is not a spider wihtout having to compare with the spider's list that's all over the place? I have a few lists that are almost hundred pages altogether, and the lists keep growing.
